WZU Veluwe, together with its merger partner Lelie zorggroep, has leased approximately 535 m² l.f.a. office space at Elspeterweg 22 in Nunspeet.
The representative office building has a total floor area of approximately 5,802 m² l.f.a. office space and is situated in a beautiful wooded location on the main road, within walking distance of the NS railway station and close to the A28 motorway.
WZU Veluwe is a care organization that focuses on care and support for the elderly in the Veluwe region. Woonzorg Unie Veluwe provides home care, has 5 residential care locations in Epe, Elburg, Nunspeet, Wapenveld and 't Harde and several day care locations.
Their care is based on Christian values and they strive to offer the elderly the most pleasant life possible, with attention to both physical care and well-being. With 1,200 employees and about 600 volunteers, they work every day to achieve the mission “Near in well-being.
The interests of the owner were represented by TREC in the conclusion of the lease. Currently there is still approximately 455 sqm l.f.a. of office space on the 2nd floor available for lease.
