A dental hygienist has signed a long-term lease for a commercial/retail space located in the heart of the vibrant Hoofddorppleinbuurt at Aalsmeerweg 18 in Amsterdam. The space was already fitted out as a dental practice, making it an ideal location for the hygienist's new practice.
The interests of the departing tenant and the owner were represented by TREC during the lease agreement process.
