A (sub)lease agreement has recently been signed for approximately 583 m² of commercial space in the industrial building located at Zonnebaan 25 in Utrecht. The property is located in the Lage Weide business park, on the northwest side of the city and directly adjacent to the A2 motorway, which ensures excellent accessibility.
The interests of the lessor were represented by TREC in the conclusion of the (sub)lease agreement.
