In total, Sungrow Benelux B.V. now leases approximately 1,212.8 sqm of office space spread across the ground floor and the entire first floor, as well as 14 parking spaces.
Due to the expansion of Sungrow Benelux B.V., approximately 3,311 sqm of office space is still available for rent. The 3rd and 4th floors of ‘De Henri’ can be easily combined with the 3rd and 4th floors of the adjacent new development ‘Orato’ which is also owned by Zadelhoff.
