In 2019, we assisted Antaurus Capital Management in leasing their current office space in the office building "100 WATT" located at James Wattstraat 100 in Amsterdam. After nearly 5 years, TREC, in collaboration with all parties involved, successfully renegotiated and extended the lease agreement for a long-term period.
