Prevermo Groep B.V. has signed a lease agreement for office space in the SuikerSilo - Oost 4 office building in Halfweg. The agreement includes approximately 171 sqm lfa office space situated on the second floor of the Silo, as well as 2 parking spaces in the rear parking lot.
Prevermo Groep B.V. is an umbrella organization of companies specializing in prevention, absenteeism, and labor mobility. The following companies operate under Prevermo: Adaptics, De Bedrijfspoli, Amplooi, Capability, Rienks Arbodienst, IHTOM, OnzeCoach, Qragt, and Nolost Group.
Following this successful transaction, several spaces are still available for lease, starting from 81 sqm lfa. Nearly any desired size (sqm lfa) can be accommodated by combining units. The Suiker Silos offer a unique and central location with a creative and attractive appearance, a high quality delivery level, good accessibility (both by car and public transport), excellent parking facilities, and very extensive facilities.
