Nederlandse Vereniging voor Logopedie en Foniatrie (NVLF) has signed a long-term lease agreement in the office building 'The Lobby' located at Pelmolenlaan 1 in Woerden. The agreement includes approximately 330 sqm of office space on the 3rd floor and 5 parking spaces. 'The Lobby' is in close proximity to the attractive center of Woerden and is easily accessible due to its location near the A12 motorway and the nearby train station.
Nederlandse Vereniging voor Logopedie en Foniatrie has been the professional association for speech therapists in the Netherlands for almost a hundred years. NVLF represents the interests of over 6,500 members. These include speech therapists either operating their own practices or employed in educational and healthcare settings.
The interests of the owner, Woerden Pelmolenlaan 1 B.V., were represented by TREC when the lease was concluded. NVLF was advised by Spring Real Estate.
