TREC has successfully extended the lease agreement with MPG in the “Edison” office building located at Stroombaan 4 in Amstelveen. MPG, which was advised in this extension by Spring, continues to strengthen its position in the building. Thanks to this transaction, MPG can continue its business operations in the coming years from the familiar location.
The “Edison” office building also houses the De Huismeesters coffee bar, an attractive meeting place for tenants and visitors. In addition, approximately 625 square meters of high-quality office space is still available for interested companies. This space is offered in collegial cooperation by TREC and Blauwman.
