The regional headquarters of CHINT Europe Eurasia has recently signed a lease agreement in the office building 'Jupiter Plaza' located at Herikerbergweg 74-108 in Amsterdam. The lease agreement provides 407 m² l.f.a. of office space situated on the 1st floor of the aforementioned office building, to support CHINT's growing regional activities.

CHINT's innovative approach includes advanced Energy Internet of Things (EIoT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platforms.
The interests of the owner were represented by TREC in collegial cooperation with CBRE B.V and Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoed Adviseurs B.V. in the formation of the leases.
