Stichting Interakt Contour Group has signed a long-term lease in the office building located at Elspeterweg 22 in Nunspeet. The agreement comprises approximately 1,329 sqm office space as well as 35 parking spaces divided over the outside area and in the parking basement. The representative office building has a total floor area of approximately 5,802 sqm office space and is located in a beautiful forest area on the main road, within walking distance of the railway station and a few minutes' drive from the A28 highway.
InteraktContour offers specialized care to adults with non-congenital brain injury, for example due to a stroke, accident or a tumor. They have 38 residential locations, 42 day spending locations and 10 treatment locations in the central and eastern Netherlands.
The interests of the owner were represented by TREC when the lease was concluded.
