Diversey Europe | a Solenis Company establishes its new 4,500 sqm headquarters in Breukelen. Due to renewal of its office and R&D activities, Diversey Europe | a Solenis Company has leased a new location at Corridor 4 in Breukelen.
In close cooperation with lessor Kavie v.o.f., owned by Zadelhoff Beheer and Maarsen Groep, the building will be completely renovated and made more sustainable.
The new head office will serve as an experience center for clients but above all as a meeting and inspiring work location in combination with an indoor state of the art R&D center
After a long search, this location was chosen because of its convenient location centrally in the Netherlands and its proximity to a train station. In addition, the building design offers the possibility to combine office and R&D activities under one roof, a long cherished wish which will become reality at this location later this year.
Diversey Europe | A Solenis Company was advised by Bright Real Estate Advisors in its search for a lease. Landlord Kavie v.o.f. has been assisted by TREC. Stone Projects has been appointed for project management and CBRE Nederland is responsible for the Interior Design.
