Altimedia B.V. has recently signed a lease agreement for office space in the ‘De Gondel’ office building, located at Gondel 1 in Amstelveen. The agreement includes a turn-key office space located on the first floor of the aforementioned building.
The office building has recently undergone significant sustainability measures. A total of 954 solar panels have been installed on the roof of this multi-tenant building, capable of generating approximately 300,000 kWh annually. Additionally, 44 charging stations have been installed, and the building now has an A+ energy label.
Altimedia B.V. provides innovative software platforms for multimedia digital media services. The company serves 12 countries, 30 operators, and 50 million devices worldwide with advanced, personalized services for IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) and OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms. Their solutions include MW, UI/UX, Android and Web applications, and back-end systems such as service management and voice processing AI.
The interests of the owner were represented during the establishment of the lease agreements by TREC.
